How you can use journals for your daily writing

Daily Entries
VistaWrite can be set up to generate one or multiple journal entries each day. The journal structure is flexible and can be reorganized at any time without effecting past entries. You can use journals to write about:

Experiences
Feelings and thoughts
Dairy of your child's early years
Dreams
Exercise
Goals
Health: symptom tracking
Journal Exercises
(Simple Abundance, The Artist's Way, or a journaling class)
Logs (work or exercise)

Relationships
Relaxation activities
School notes
Self Improvement Issues
Social Life
Tracker
Work related activities

Add-on Entries
Add-on entries are one-time entries that are named and attached to a journal date. As the name suggests, add-on entries can be added when you want an entry to stand out from your regular journal. Add-on entries are also useful for planning events in the future.

Work Related: meetings, reviews, trips
