Tracker: A fun way to track your mood and goals over time

Tracker is a fun set of features for keeping track of you. Each day you can open the Tracker entry to select an icon representing your mood or progress towards a defined goal. These icons display in the monthly Calendar Browser allowing you to track and correlate your mood and goal over time. VistaWrite comes with a variety of icon sets that you can select from.

Daily Goal

There is a section for defining the daily action that you want to take. Basically, you divide longer term goals down into a daily action that leads to the larger goal. Examples: walk for 30 minutes, make 20 cold calls, stick to my diet, etc.

Correlate your goal and mood

You can also use the icons to correlate the relationship between a goal and your mood (behavior or action). Be creative in the way that you assign value to the icon sets.

Example 1: Does 30 minutes of daily walking effect my mood?
Example 2: Does 20 minutes of meditation improve my work performance? (Use the mood icons to represent work performance.)

Today's Word
Today's Word is a concise description of your day, summing up it's overriding emotion or issue. Today's words can be displayed and searched on in the Markers Browser, providing another method for reviewing your moods and issues over time.
